1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using PentestCheck, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
3. Prohibited conduct
- ✕Offensive use: Using the Platform to attack, compromise, or degrade third-party services without authorization.
- ✕Data exfiltration: Using scan results to exfiltrate sensitive data from third-party systems.
- ✕Unauthorized resale: Reselling or sublicensing access to the Platform without a commercial agreement with PentestCheck.
- ✕Circumventing Free plan limits: Creating multiple free accounts to bypass scan limits.
- ✕Intentional overload: Automating API calls in a way that overloads Platform infrastructure.
- ✕Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract the source code of the Platform.
4. Limitation of liability
PentestCheck is a detection tool, not a security guarantee.
Scan results represent the observable state of the infrastructure at the time of execution.
Under no circumstances will PentestCheck be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
5. Plans and billing
The Platform offers four plan tiers:

| Pro | Monthly or annual subscription, billed in advance |
| Enterprise | Custom annual contract |
6. Suspension for abuse
PentestCheck reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Scan data belongs to the user. The Platform source code and brand are the exclusive property of IBLabs.PentestCheck is a product of IBLabs.
8. Changes to these terms
For material changes, we will notify active users at least 30 days in advance via registered email.
